Shipping and Delivery Information
At Street Club Clothing, we take our shipping and delivery orders seriously because we care about your time and money.
From the moment you come to us for a certain product, your desires become our top priority.
Since you’re the customer, it is our duty to satisfy your needs, therefore, our delivery orders are designed to do the same just as our products are meant to make you feel and look your best.
Our prime products like Rhinestone Belts and Leather Jackets are always in stock and are shipped the next day after placing an order. You can expect these "ready for delivery" products to arrive at your doorstep within 12-14 business days.
However, if you request for a custom-made product like Faux Leather Jackets, it will take 3-4 weeks’ time for the manufacturing process and then it will be processed for delivery.
That being said, once you place your order, you can expect your delivery within 20-22 business days.
Also, we’ll keep you updated on the status of your order via email and SMS.
Despite our excellent service, some orders might face delays due to any particular situation such as bad weather.

Shipment:
Our priority is to ensure timely delivery of our products to customers by selecting the quickest shipping route available. Once a product is shipped via UPS, USPS, DHL, or FedEx, we furnish tracking information to keep our customers informed of the shipment's progress.
Tracking Information:
Upon shipment of your order, we will send you the tracking information via email and SMS to keep you informed about the progress of your delivery. Additionally, you can monitor the shipping status of your order on our tracking page if you prefer.
Receiving:
If you are not available at the time of delivery, kindly arrange for someone to receive and sign for the order on your behalf. Alternatively, you may contact the courier service to arrange for a rescheduled shipment.
In Case of Damage/Defect:
Our commitment is to offer you products of superior quality and without defects. Nonetheless, on the rare occasion that you receive a damaged item due to shipment, you can easily begin the process of exchanging the product by following our straightforward return and exchange policy.
